Meghan Meola, founder of M&M Music Pathways Foundation Inc., is a dedicated musician and educator with a deep passion for making music education accessible to all. A largely self-taught student, Meghan’s journey was shaped by support from programs like A Gift For Music and the mentorship of a strong, music-loving family. Her involvement in band and orchestra throughout her education led her to give back as both a volunteer and paid instructor.
With a bachelor’s degree and certifications in exceptional education, Meghan approaches teaching with a focus on inclusivity and adaptability. After becoming a mother, she developed her own music method that begins with baby sensory and progresses to advanced levels, serving students of all instruments and abilities. Meghan is committed to supporting veterans, minorities, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and formerly incarcerated individuals, using music as a tool for personal growth, confidence building, and social reintegration.
Through her foundation, Meghan is dedicated to transforming lives by providing opportunities for self-expression, skill-building, and empowerment through music, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or challenges, has the chance to thrive.

Through his work, Angel strives to create a path of empowerment for those seeking a second chance. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of transitioning from military service, he is deeply committed to helping his peers develop effective coping mechanisms and build meaningful relationships—areas that often pose significant obstacles after leaving the service. Josh believes that every veteran deserves the opportunity to thrive, and he works tirelessly to create supportive environments where veterans can heal and grow.
In addition to his work with veterans, Josh has a natural aptitude for mechanical work and a deep curiosity for learning. Whether it’s fixing vehicles, building projects, or learning new skills, Josh’s hands-on abilities and passion for problem-solving drive him to constantly seek out new challenges. His love for learning and mechanical skills are key components of his approach to helping others, using practical, real-world knowledge to inspire confidence and independence.
